We ship orders Australia Wide.
Goods are shipped the following business day, after payment has been received.
Goods are sent via Australia Post. All items are tracked online and you will receive a tracking number via an email from Australia Post. This tracking number allows you to directly track your parcel. Please check your spam email folder, in case your computer sends it there.
All parcels require a signature upon arrival.
Australia post estimates delivery to be between 2-7 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and deliveries to remote areas, or extreme circumstances such as adverse weather may delay the delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 7 days you can contact your local post office with your tracking information, if you prefer we can chase it up for you, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org (It may take a little longer if you take this option and don’t want to check with your local post office direct).
Our shipping rates are calculated on weight. The weight of each item is listed on it’s description page. To make it easier we have 2 shipping rates.
Small parcels up to 500g (or 4 soaps) is $7.00
Large Parcels up to 15kg (now thats a lot of soap) is $10.00
If you have an emergency order, please contact me at email@example.com before submitting your order.
For reasons of hygiene, Pure Ratbag does not give refunds, so please choose carefully.
If you have not tried our products before, we recommend purchasing a small order first, to make sure that you are happy with our products.
As our products are all handmade, hand cut and hand packaged, each product is unique and may vary slightly from the images on our website. Please also note that colours of our products may vary on different computer monitors or devices.
We do not claim that our products have any medical or therapeutic benefits. The information presented on this website is not meant to diagnose or treat any medical condition nor to replace the advice or care of a qualified health professional. We do not accept responsibility for any adverse reaction to our products, so please read the product description and ingredients list carefully before you purchase to ensure it is suitable for your use. We recommend you test our products first by using them on a small patch of skin for 24hrs. If redness or irritation develops, discontinue use.
Damaged or Defective Items
We will exchange or replace goods if they are damaged, defective or if you were sent the wrong item.
We pack all our products carefully, but if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please email us a photo of the problem with your original order number, and a description of the problem. Once we confirm that the issue is a defect or incorrect item, we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please note that because of the unique nature of hand made products, not all issues are necessarily a defect and the decision will be up to the discretion of Pure Ratbag.
