Shipping

We ship orders Australia Wide.

Please note that we currently ONLY ship to Australian addresses.

Goods are shipped the following business day, after payment has been received.
Goods are sent via Australia Post and Aramex. All items are tracked online and you will receive a tracking number via an email. This tracking number allows you to directly track your parcel. Please check your spam email folder, in case your computer sends it there.

All parcels are currently left Authority to Leave

Australia post and Aramex estimates delivery to be between 2-10 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and deliveries to remote areas, or extreme circumstances such as adverse weather may delay the delivery time. If your order has not arrived within 10 days you can contact your local post office with your tracking information, if you prefer we can chase it up for you, please contact me at sales@pureratbag.com.au (It may take a little longer if you take this option and don’t want to check with your local post office direct).

Our shipping rates are calculated on weight. The weight of each item is listed on it’s description page. To make it easier we have 2 shipping rates.
